How do I reset my password?

On the login screen tap "Forgot password?", enter your email and follow the link we send you. The link expires in 30 minutes.

How do I change my email address?

Go to Profile → Settings → Personal Data inside the app. Enter your new email and confirm it via the verification link we send.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All personal data is permanently removed immediately. This action cannot be undone.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. On your iPhone go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → NutrigenAI and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged but my Premium is not active — what do I do?

First try Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. If the problem persists, contact us at suporte@nutrigenai.com.br with your Apple order number.

Does NutrigenAI offer refunds?

Refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase.

How do I export my diet plan as a PDF?

On the Diet tab tap the share icon (↑) in the top-right corner and choose "Export as PDF". You can then save it to Files or share via any app.

Can I regenerate my diet plan?

Yes. Go to the Diet tab → tap "Regenerate Plan". Aurora will create a new personalised plan based on your current goals and biometrics.

Aurora gave me an incorrect nutritional value — what should I do?

Aurora uses AI to generate plans and may occasionally make errors. Always consult a registered nutritionist before making significant dietary changes. You can report the issue to suporte@nutrigenai.com.br.

I am not receiving push notifications.

Make sure notifications are enabled for NutrigenAI in iPhone Settings → Notifications → NutrigenAI. Also check that Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is not blocking them.

How do I turn off water-intake reminders?

Go to the Water tab → tap the bell icon → toggle "Hydration reminders" off.

What data does NutrigenAI collect?

We collect the minimum data needed to personalise your nutrition plan: name, email, health metrics, meal logs and in-app conversations with Aurora. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I request a copy of my data?

Send an email to privacidade@nutrigenai.com.br with the subject "Data Export Request". We will respond within 15 business days as required by the LGPD.
